Q. What type of printer & ink do I need, and do I need to use any special settings?A. All you need is any standard home inkjet / laser printer and no special ink is needed! Default print settings will usually be sufficient - simply print as if you are printing on regular printing paper!

Q. Are the labels compatible with paper / vinyl cutters?A. Yes, all our sticker labels are compatible with paper and vinyl cutters such as Cricut. For Cricut, use the Washi Setting with Default Pressure for paper labels, and use higher Pressures for Vinyl labels.

Q. How long does the glue last once it has been stuck on to a surface?A. The adhesive is strong and permanent, it will remain stuck on clean and smooth surfaces until you manually remove it.

Q. Are the labels recyclable?A. Yes, the label, packaging, water-based glue are all recyclable.

Q. How do I find the Food Pouch size I need?A. If you know the size you need, we have the exact dimensions for every pouch. If you are unsure, we have you covered! We provide approximate weights of coffee beans, confectionaries and fine salt each pouch can hold.

Q. Are the pouches waterproof?A. This pouch works well with wet foods that contains sauces. However, we do not recommend storing large quantities of liquids in the bag.

Q. How can I inflate the inflatable wine bags?A. For the most efficient and secure method of inflating the bag, we recommend placing the bottle or jar inside the bag first. Locate the inflation slot on the top right side of the bag and pump. If you need a manual pump, you can order it here.
