Printing Recommendations
This material can absorb ink from designs with the highest quality resolution.
Waterproof / UV Protection
The print and the material itself are waterproof so you would not have to worry about any spillages on your design.
Please note that although the print and material are waterproof, the ink or toner used for the print may not be UV-proof.
If your design is intended to be used in an environment with prolonged exposure to the sun, then we recommend a fixative spray.
Note for Laser Printer Users
Before printing out your design, we recommend doing a test print to establish whether the current temperature settings are suitable for the material.
With a test document, print a small shape or letter first to see if the print comes out as expected. Proceed to use the sheet for your intended use if the test print has no issues.
However, if the toner is peeling or is not bonded with the material properly, the temperature of the print may need to be increased.
The default temperature settings are usually perfect for normal printer / copier papers.
However, our sheets (including the backing paper), are much thicker. This increased thickness requires a higher temperature setting to ensure that toner bonds with the material properly.
Some printers identify the temperature setting as a thickness setting.
Eg. The default thickness setting for most printers is identified as "Plain Papers".
The thinnest (lowest temperature) setting is identified as "Draft".
The thickest (highest temperature) is identified as "Card Stock".
Every printer is different, it can be called Paper Type, or even simply "Temperature".
Please try to increase the temperature slightly for each test print until you are happy with the results.

Delivery
Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver your order to you as swiftly as possible, in normal circumstances standard delivery is expected to be between 2-5 days working days, from when the order has been placed.
Express Delivery
Express delivery times are expected to be between 1-2 working days, this includes Royal mail 1st class and Parcelforce / UPS delivery options.
International Delivery
International delivery times are dependent on which part of the world you are ordering from. Please refer to the table on the right for an estimated delivery time for your country.
Returns
We adhere to the Distance Selling regulations which are as follows. If an item is received damaged please contact us by email and advise the damage. We may ask you to either return the item for a replacement in which case you will be reimbursed for the return postage cost, or ask you to provide a photograph of the damage via email. Once we have inspected the item a replacement will be sent to you at no cost to you.
If you change your mind, or the product is not suitable then you can return the item for a refund within 14 days (you must record the postage so that the item can be tracked), however, you will be responsible for the costs involved in returning the item to us in good condition. This option is not available for certain items where an item cannot be re-sold as new - please contact us prior to returning an item to confirm it is acceptable Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We answer all messages within 24hr (Monday to Friday).

Sometimes, during peak times such as the Christmas period, bank holidays, and unprecedented times such as the COVID-19 pandemic or courier strikes, deliveries may cause longer than usual delays.

The postage fee for international orders is dependent on the weight of the products. Every product across our site has a weight assigned to it and every item placed in the basket will factor into the final postage fee upon checkout.
